Customer Satisfaction Is Our Priority
Happy customers are very important to Bow Life®. If there has been an error while fulfilling your order, please let us know immediately and we will do everyting we can to correct the issue. If you have ordered the wrong size or you are still not happy with your purchase, you may return your items for a replacement or refund within 15 days of delivery. (Additional Shipping Fees May Apply). Unless otherwise noted, all items sold by Bow Life® come with a size fit guaruntee and may be returned or replaced within 15 days from receipt of shipment. If your item does not fit, no problem, we will swap your item(s) for the size that does.
In order to return any items you must first have an Return Authorization from one of our staff. To obtain your RA either log into your store account or follow the link orders & returns to begin the process. You can also email us anytime at email@example.com, or feel free to call 904-494-8271.
Once we have received your request you may be contacted by a customer service representive with additional information for your return. All packages should include a copy of your purchase receipt.
Returns must be in new condition, un used and un warn. Please do not return any items that have been washed or dried or that have any perfumes or smells to them.
Any specialty items, personalized items, close out items may not be returned under warranty unless item is defective.
Acceptance of a UPS/USPS package does not constitute approval of returned items. All approved items are at the sole discretion of BOWLIFE, LLC as to the items condition and ability to be returned.
Any returns after 30 days of purchase are subject to a %15 restocking fee.
BOWLIFE, LLC reserves the right to refuse return of any product that is used, damagted or un-sellable for any reason.
All COD's sent to BOWLIFE, LLC will be rejected.
